John was my agent through The Kat White Team in Brandon, FL. John was very patient with me because this time around, I wasn't going to settle on just anything. Eventually after several homes and condo, it came down to two condos in the same senior community. I had already seen the condo I purchased once, but because of my puppy Romeo, I decided against it the first time I saw it because it had carpeting. John took me back to that condo, which is now my home, and I am so glad he did.
