ZillowVERIFIEDKat and her team are supremely competent and a pleasure to work with! When we decided to sell one house and move to another, we found info online about realtor sales in our zip code. Kat was among those with the highest sales, so we interviewed her. They were knowledgeable. We learned there is an enormous number of details to manage (paperwork, home repairs, legal, financial). We did not want to learn these from scratch - we really needed someone to be on top of these and they were. If they did not know something (which was rare), they said so, and quickly returned with an answer They got stuff done. In the rest of life it could be hard to find people to do home repairs quickly. But Kat knows someone with every form of expertise and she arranged them to work at our house quickly. They were responsive. It seems like they were on call at all hours, responding to texts and e-mails immediately. They went all out marketing our house, and with a team produced beautiful photos, and sent them out via a range of media. They were ethical and honest. We would not want anyone cutting corners, and we trusted them. And they are nice people. They were easy to talk with and enthusiastic about our move.
