About Kasha Kramer

Born and raised between Bolivia and Germany and spent a few months as an au pair in England where I improved my English and started working at an international airport in Germany. Shortly after moving to Florida, I started working in Property Management where I discovered the passion for real estate. This passion coupled with some other skills that I gained by working for one of the largest builders in the United States which allowed me to serve Florida residents in the home buying/selling process. I speak fluent English, Spanish and German and have some basic knowladge in French and Dutch. When not helping home buyers/sellers, I enjoys spending time with my family and friends or traveling around and discovering new places.

You can always try to rent first and if that does not work out you can still sell. The question that determines if it is a good idea to sell will depend on the current equity of your home, the more equity you have the more money you will have in your pocket after you sell that you can use towards the new home.
