Kasey Gilliam, my agent with Bramlett Residential Real Estate, was absolutely great! As a result, I was able to put everything in her competent hands and succeeded in selling my home in South Central Austin for remodel, instead of tear down by a developer, at a decent price. Kasey was honest, helpful, and willing to explore options. I was informed and advised about every offer. One issue with the sale was a heritage oak in the front which was protected. As a result, developers were unable to exploit the property as much as they would have liked and the initial offers were for cheap turnaround and attempts to find the tree unhealthy even though it was healthy. We spoke about this and in the end, both of us sided with the tree -- for our principles and the community. Kelly was on the property with her fine team after we vacated, making sure that it was presentable. When homeless people broke in, she made sure that the home was better secured and helped with clean up. I am a widow and it was extremely important for me to sell the house so that I could get on with my life. Kasey respected my needs throughout the process and took care of everything. Closing was especially easy.
