She adds a much needed human-factor to every aspect of her business that is much appreciated. Kasama doesnt relate to the customer in a one-size fits all manner but instead caters to the customers individual needs. In our personal experience with buying our home, we liked it right away but then had second thoughts once our offer was accepted. (It all happened so fast!) When we spoke to Kasama about our hesitation, she immediately asked us specific questions to learn whAt was holding us back. She had a solution for every single thing. A lot of our concerns had to do with wanting the newness we had with our current home and she had answers for whAt we could do.
