About Karyl Allen

I am a native of the Prince William County area and was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. My family is four generations deep in the Manassas area so I've seen tremendous growth, both good and bad. After getting married in 1995, my husband and I moved to Gainesville. We raised our two daughters here and they began and completed their education in the Prince William County Schools system. Our oldest daughter graduated from college and moved back to the area to teach first grade. Our youngest is a college student studying to be a dental hygienist and working in a dental office in Centreville. I love that both of our kids have chosen professions that allow them to serve people. I also see my career in real estate as a service business, not a sales business. I began my real estate career in 2005 and have served over 500 families in that time. I have worked with first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers. I have served people who are newlyweds and new parents. I have helped people combining households to care for their parents. I have helped people sell the estate of their parents after they passed away. I have helped people move up to accommodate their growing families and I've helped people downsize their homes after they've raised their children. I participate in the most important parts of people's lives. And I love it! I will be your trusted advisor, combining my vast experience with my hometown expertise. I pride myself on the excellent service I provide. My clients often become lifelong friends. It is an honor to serve you and I will always make time for you and your referrals. When not selling real estate, I am a volunteer in the local schools and there isn't much I won't do to support local sports leagues. The high school & all-star cheerleading programs have a huge place in my heart. I also take great enjoyment in promoting local businesses and often promote and feature them on social media.

Karyl was FANTASTIC with the sale of our home, though she was not our agent she might as well have been!!! She answered so many questions for us and directed us when we had issues with the HOA. If it wasnt for Karyl, the sale of our home would not have gone smoothly. Thanks to her expertise we were able to complete everything and our settlement went on without a hitch! I cannot say enough good things about my realtor, Karyl Allen! She worked with me as a buyers agent to purchase a condo in Manassas Park. From start to finish, she looked out for my best interests, and it was obvious she wasnt just looking to make the sale. She was also very responsive to my questions and concerns. I did a couple of real estate transactions five years ago and did not realize how inadequate my previous realtor was until I learned what a fantastic realtor can do because of Karyl. Karyl was instrumental in getting our house in Broad Run, VA sold. It was a unique custom built property on 7.4 acres which made it a marketing challenge. She offered good advice and research on comparable homes during her first visit, coordinated with several contractors to get improvements and repairs done, and communicated well throughout the process. And most of this while we were out of state having already relocated. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family looking for a realtor especially in and around the Gainesville, Haymarket or Warrenton areas.
