In a market that is very busy and most realtors are swamped you will find plenty that dont have your best interests in mind. They are just trying to move from deal to deal. The property I purchased with Karly was a difficult and involved contract and closing and she was a rockstar. I wouldnt recommend anyone else in this market. Id like to add that I was an out of state buyer and the first property I called her on she flat out told me that it was not a smart buy. That sealed it for me.
