We could not have asked for a better realtor. Karli and the whole team was great! We moved to Redding from Orange County and knew very little about the area. Karli informed us about the different parts of town and let us know the best spots to buy. She was always available and showed us all the homes we wanted to see. Even if a home was not the greatest she showed it to us and showed us why they were not a good fit for us. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the homes and their specifications. We had initially started with a lender from the OC and it was not working out. Karli and her team were able to lead us to a lender that felt right to us. We had a timeline to move in since we would be starting our new jobs and with out Karli we would not have met our deadline. They even drop off the keys to us. We are so happy with our new home and it is all thanks to Karli and the team.

Karli is the absolute best realtor. She found our dream home when we werent even actively looking. But when she saw this house she thought of us and the rest is history. Karli was so accommodating, we would commute from Sacramento to come look at houses and she was able to schedule all the houses the days we would make the trip.
