He is very knowledgeable and professional and within 24 hours of putting up a sign he got me a cash buyer! Unfortunately, the title company had some issues, and the buyer didn't want to wait. But I am so pleased that within 2 months he had another buyer under contract, and we finalized the sale within 10 days at a better price. Curtis stays in touch with you and keeps you informed. You really feel like he has your best interest at heart and wants to do his best for you. He is a seasoned realtor who knows his business and his market. I would highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Karlene, and her team were always on it. I was always in the loop, nothing was ever hidden, pushed, or with deceit. I loved her loyalty, honesty, and professionalism. If ever there was an issue or something I didn't understand she did her best to get the most accurate information for me. Even with things I could do myself, she was right there to help. Again we have bought many homes, but this was our 1st time with such a hands on realtor/buyer experience. Shhhh...she also works late at night to make sure she takes care of her people. I couldn't believe she was responding to my late emails. Listen Karlene, is a must have! She is now our family. The experience with her was smooth that my husband is ready to buy our forever home, using her and her company for everything ( including lending). There was no agreement made for this review. It was truly great having her as our realtor. She is truly a blessing to the Real Estate World!
