Karla was wonderful to work with. I was moving to the Clarksville area from out of state and she was able to make the process so simple. She made thoughtful recommendations about things that I didnt think about. She did virtual showings for me on a number of properties. Then when I finally decided on one that was still in the building process, she gave me consistent updates on where they were in the build process, as well as made multiple videos for me to see the house throughout its construction. I loved that she didnt just sit back and wait until closing, she stayed engaged with me and checked in all the time to ensure that I was happy with everything throughout the process. She got me in touch with a great lender and made the entire process stress free, which is exactly what you want when you have to move across the country so frequently!

If you are looking for land or a home, we would highly recommend working with Karla! My lady and I have spent the last few months working on buying a plot of land to build a home on. After several different site visits, and having our first offer stall and fall through after pursuing it for over two months, we can say that we have been through the full gauntlet with Karla in regards to buying land. I only gave 4 stars for 'expertise' and because some of the problems we ran into were new to us and her, but she has a great team behind her and all our questions/concerns were answered quickly. With just a couple more years experience I have no doubt this would be 5 stars all the way down. If you're looking for a realtor, this is a good one. A couple of the main reasons I would highly recommend Karla Mullen is on top of being friendly and easy to work with, she always answered the phone when I called. When she didn't know something, she was honest about it, then went and consulted/did the research, and brought the correct answer back. Buying a home or land is a huge decision, and I really appreciate that I could trust when she was explaining something to me, I knew I was getting honest and accurate information. Now we are the proud owners of 27.6 acres. Thank you, Karla :)

I personally have know Karla for 15 years and have a personal insight to her character. She has always gone above and beyond to help others achieve their goals or just lend a helping hand.
