About Karla Molina

Meet Karla Molina I grew up with my four siblings in Highland Park, California, where I learned from my incredible parents that solid values, a strong work ethic, and determination pay off. After earning a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, I worked as a Social Worker with abused children, families, and the elderly throughout Los Angeles County. After my own children reached school age, I decided to pursue my long-time passion in real estate and became a realtor. I am now fortunate enough to continue working with people directly, guiding them through the selling process, and helping them achieve their dream of homeownership. I love what I do! Karla Molina is one of a kind realtor, she sold my home in a matter of 3 weeks and got us above the asking price. I have to say, she definitely, knows her business. She made sure, everyone who walked through my home was covid safe. She only brought us serious buyers, when it came time for the paperwork, she walked me through it and explained everything. I never had to look for her, she was always there for my husband and I any time of the day or night. Very positive happy and beyond friendly, I loved that about her ??
