I am the owner of Compass Collaborative LLC brokered EXP Realty. We are a LOCAL FULL SERVICE Residential Real Estate firm offering sellers in the Birmingham area a comprehensive listing service while SAVING THEM THOUSANDS IN REALTOR COMMISSIONs. We are unlike your typical "discount brokerage" in that we provide the same full service you would expect from a traditional firm. Our goal is to provide you with everything you would expect from the large firms in town with one difference. WE DO IT ALL FOR A FAIR FLAT FEE! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
We work very actively with buyers. We know the Birmingham and Central Alabama markets well. As a Buyers agent we know how to better target the properties our clients are most interested in. We are easy to work with and are always very flexible with our buyers schedule.

Can you just list my home in MLS and let me handle the rest?
We get this question often. Many sellers trying this approach have discovered that buyers agents do not like having to track down and work directly with a seller who is not trained to handle contracts and sort out details in often complex transactions. It is for this reason sellers For Sale By Owner listings often do not have success in selling. If this is the service you are seeking, you will not have trouble finding it. All of our listings are “Full Service”. We handle everything for you for a fair, flat fee paid only when your home sells.
Do you work with buyers?
Of course we do! Many of our sellers will hire us to help them find their new home. We greatly appreciate this and it is part of what helps us to be able to offer our comprehensive listing service at a reduced flat fee. As a buyer, you do not pay us anything for letting us find your next home. We would love to help! If you are moving out of town, not to worry. EXP has 14,000 agents across the country and we can refer you to a buyer specialist wherever you are moving!
My friend told me I need to hire a big firm to get my house sold?
We love when we hear this one! There are many great companies and hundreds of great agents serving this market. Each agent within any firm has a different level of experience and a different approach to marketing and customer service. When you work with our company you will be working directly with our owners whom will make absolute sure that you receive full service from the day we meet with you to list your home for sale through contract negotiation and closure. All of the agents in most markets use the exact same MLS platform as a tool to market your home. Research of our industry continues to show increasingly high numbers of home shoppers shop on-line listings for homes in their market prior to and after selecting an agent to work with. Compass Collaborative also provides numerous other tools to help you sell quickly. Our results speak for themselves. It comes down to finding an agent you trust and who has the experience to do the job for you. That may or may not end up being us. We do however feel very confident in saying we believe we provide the absolute best blend of experience, personal attention to each client, full service at fees that allow you to get the best return possible when selling your home.
