TLDR; 5 stars all around. First time home buyer. I got the exact house I wanted on the first offer I put in during this crazy competitive market. Karina knows how to win and gets you exactly what you want.Karina was recommended to me by my brother who bought a house with her back in 2017. As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to begin and knew next to nothing about real estate. From the get go, Karina was super helpful and continued to be a wealth of knowledge during my experience. She was extremely patient with me as she broke down the process, contract terms, what to expect when putting an offer; she literally spelled out every different scenario I could end up in. Not only did she demonstrate masterful knowledge in this industry, but she also shared all the advice she had to me as a first time buyer and provided guidance as to which neighborhoods I would be the happiest and feel the safest being a young, single woman. Karina was honest with me during the entire house hunting process and steered me away from properties that would be a headache to maintain alone. When we found my perfect starter home, Karina once again shared her advice in terms of submitting an offer. She shared her strategies of winning offers, but never once did I feel pressured when writing up the offer. She ultimately leaves the final terms up to you, but I HIGHLY recommend taking her advice if you want the house!!! Her expertise and finesse in real estate is the finest in the game. Further, when you think of real estate agents, you tend to think of a transactional relationship. That is not the case with Karina. She will become a lifetime friend and confidante, which to me is more valuable than purchasing a home. Again, 5 stars in every single department.
