Karin Wilson is a REALTOR(R) that has called Las Vegas home for over 30 years! With a previous background in marketing and construction, she became licensed in 2002 and has never looked back. Utilizing her incredible knowledge gained from years working with various local homebuilders and commercial contractors, Karin has negotiated foreclosures, new homes, investments (1031 tax exchanges), short sales, high rises, HUDs, and of course traditional home sales. Karin has been an incredible resource for countless buyers and sellers-including first-time home buyers, Veterans and investors. She holds a special designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to assist seniors through different lifestyle transitions. Karin's experience as Assistant Office Manager at Century 21, and then later, Director of Short Sales Department for five offices at Nevada Real Estate Services, has afforded her immeasurable skills in negotiation, innovation and leadership. As the Leader of a Nationally and Regionally ranked six-person real estate team, she and her team received numerous awards for continuous annual sales exceeding $10,000,000, while maintaining an extremely high repeat and referral client base. Karin is excited to mentor her son, Austin, as he embarks on a rewarding career by her side. Austin obtained his license in early 2022, and has jumped in full-time. She knows the importance of hard work and determination, and she's eager to share her knowledge to help her son achieve success. Austin is lucky to have such a supportive mother by his side. Karin loves spending time with her family and friends. Whether it's travelling, going to the beach, or spending time on their boat on Lake Mead and Lake Havasu, Karin enjoys being outdoors!
