Yes, she comes with an entire team that will help you get your house ready, market it, and get it sold (They may also lend you their nanny for a day when your childcare falls through during a pandemic and you are both working with a 1 and 3 year old). Trust me, you will need it! We were in a position where we had grown our family, knew we were not in our forever house and Karin proactively reached out to us to let us know when the market was hot early on in the summer. Did we listen to her, and start working on the house right away..... nope. Instead we went out and bought another house closer to family, and called Karin to list ours. aEURoeHey Karin, our offer was accepted up in Bergen County....73 days is enough time to fix our house, stage it, take pictures, sell and close on it! Right? Oh and we need it to go for top dollar.aEUR? I swear to god it didnt sound as ridiculous when we said it as it feels right now. Ignorance is bliss. By golly she got it done. She had painters come in, indoor stagers, outdoor stagers, handymen, electricians..... Called in favors left and right. Had the most organized showings and open house with the whole team controlling flow, keeping our rugs clean, and taking all precautions. She got us multiple bids, and found us one that wanted to close ASAP! Even after all of that, she stayed on top of the buyers lender, making sure they were doing their jobs so we could close on our house. We were not easy, our house was also not easy but Karin made it easy with sheer determination and know how. My advice: buy your home with Karin. She will work hard. She will also introduce you to the community. Keep her in the loop with whats going on in your life, so she can help you find opportunities with your real estate. Listen to her, and sell with her. You will not be disappointed.
