We just bought our first house! Gina was our buyers realtor. We absolutely loved her and would 100% recommend her to anyone. As everyone knows, the market has been pretty crazy. She helped us navigate and figure out where to begin. Gina was friendly and communicative without being pushy or overbearing. (I think thats what my husband appreciated the most!) I don't even know where to begin with how amazing of a realtor Ashley is. We were referred to her through our realtor selling our home in California. I was in Nebraska and my husband was in California getting our home there ready to sell.Ashley is very responsive to all forms of communication and makes sure to keep you well informed on everything.Ashley made sure to include my husband who was over 1200 miles away in the whole process through facetime calls, pictures and videos. We had very specific requests and Ashley made sure to include all of that in the houses she showed us.Ashley goes above and beyond for her clients. She showed me a house (the one we are now currently in) at 10pm, and we were able to put an offer in by midnight. This isn't the norm, but in this market we had to move fast.On closing day, we talked for over an hour and we werent ready to let her go. Ashley was amazing!!!I worked with Ashley Cerveny on both the sale of my existing home and during the build of my new home. I had lived in my existing home for 19 years, and it was hard to move. Plus, I had never built a house before, so there was so much that I didnt know. Ashley walked me through everything and always kept me informed on everything the entire time. She sold my existing home in a weekend, but then the sale fell through. We listed it again, and had it sold again in one day. Through all of the challenges, she has worked tirelessly to either fix issues or get answers. I could email her or text her, and she was always quick to respond.With my new house, we also had issues and a lot of questions. She was always ready to contact the builder to get answers.
