Happy home sellers! When we met with Kari while "shopping" for a listing agent, she came in with a strong list of comps, knew the area, provided solid list of considerations for how to best show our house, and put forward a very competitive listing price- yet felt that we would receive more when the sale went through (Which we did!) Kari provided for excellent photographs to post on-line (see above!). Once the showing process started, she effectively worked us through this step. As we encountered a stall during the sales process, Kari helped move us successfully through this. Kari was most responsive from start to finish! We strongly encourage anyone looking to sell a house in Washington County to choose Kari!
