Be realistic in the Sales Price. Get a second opinion from a local Realtor.

Helping a Dr Development a Surgery Center, Helping a friend sell their home, Working with a first time buyer, I enjoy it all.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Right out of High School I started at a Title Company, Escrow and then Real Estate. This is all know how to do.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have taken many courses over my 39 years. The education best of all is working with clients.
