Kari went above and beyond for our family. From our very first meeting to the finalized closing she was an advocate and resource for our family. If packing up, fixing up and listing your house sounds stressful - Kari is your person! She brings it all to the table. 1. She walked through our home to help us make a list of what should be done before listing. Sure this is a common listing agent task but Kari has an eye (and experience) to know what things should be done to make your house show well. She was spot on. The place looked amazing -we listened to everything she said. 2. She has so many people! Need a painter? She has one. Need a lawn guy? She has one? Drywall repair..she has a guy. Carpet? Yep. You get the point..if you need something done shes an incredible resource for people to help. THIS MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Getting a house ready to sell can feel daunting but with all of Karis recommendations it was easy. 3. She goes above and beyond. During the process of readying for sale and listing..our daughter was in the hospital multiple times and our family all got hit with Covid. Kari stepped right in. She coordinated with our carpet cleaner (again her referral) because I couldnt. She worked to make sure the list of things to prep the house were all happening on time even when we couldnt do it. She kept us calm so we could focus on what was most important (our family) while she made sure everything needing to be done was done. 4. She used her experience selling luxury properties to make the property shine regardless of its size or listing price. Our listing was flawless because she arranged staging and photos from top notch professionals. 5. Her communication with both the buyer agents and us was lightening fast and professional. She advised us while giving us the space to make our own decisions on the offer. Lastly, in this quickly changing market she has her finger on the pulse of whats going on day to day-week to week. She did her research and advised us on listing price based on market changes happening. It paid off - we sold list price within 24 hours in a market that had quickly softened. In short, Kari is connected to resources that make selling your house easy. She is professional and flexible to help when you need it. We could not be happier with our experience with Kari and will continue to recommend her to all of our friends

Working with Kari is a dream. She is knowledgeable and aware of trends. She did a walk through of our home and told us what we needed to do to get the best outcome. She helped arrange for painters to come and staged our home to its best side. Every thing was done with precision and our home was presented so we would have wanted to move back in! It was absolutely beautiful when listed with little extra work for us. Not only was she thorough helping us get the best price for home but she was in constant contact letting us be aware of what was happening during our selling time. Showings being conducted, responses, negotiation and once a sale was negotiated, she kept us aware of the entire process of closing. I have sold 3 houses and had 4 realtors and she is the best! Kari helped us find our first home. We wanted to stay in our preferred town and she was able to help us, despite the challenging market and low inventory. She did not allow us to settle. She has gone above and beyond to get us our perfect home. She is very professional and truly cares about her clients. Kari is a great agent and a great person. She went above and beyond on all aspects of our selling and home buying experience. Selling and/or buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but Kari made it very easy and and provided a level partnership where we really felt taken care of. When I say "going the extra mile", I really mean it. She helped to power wash our deck and our driveway, helped to stage our home and she had our house sold in just a few days and got us more than the asking price.
