I am so thankful God placed Kari in my life when I needed someone who would be patient, caring, and willing to work with me through a very difficult process. I began searching for a new home when I had just began the process of a divorce and before my current home had sold. When I first met her, I felt as though it would be impossible to find a home because my life seemed like such a mess. Kari wasn't discouraged at all. She was always available to answer questions, take me to see homes, and offer words of encouragement when I would get frustrated. Kari truly was a gift from God during a very hard time in my life, and because of her dedication I now own my own beautiful home that is absolutely perfect. The first 4 or 5 houses kari took us too were only because those were the parameters that were set by us in her search engine. She then learned what my wife and I both liked and didnt like. And she found us a place that we not only saw the potential in, but saw ourselves living in and growing our family in. She came to know us so well in just a short amount of time and helped through all the paperwork and negotiating. We also came to trust and rely on her knowing that she had our best interests in mind. She would give advise about how she would do something or, during negotiations, if we were making what she thought was a good deal. And during and after our contract period she fought to make sure that the former owners held up their end of what they said they would do and she ask questions that we had to the other realtor. She answered all of our questions and ones she couldn't answer right then and there, she would go and find the answer and get back to as soon as possible. Shes an amazing realtor and an even better person.
