ZillowVERIFIEDKari is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with! When the first home we chose Kari and her team worked their tail off to trying to get the deal pit together. A large corporation owned it and although they agreed to fix everything the inspector found wrong, they never corrected one thing. So Kari recommended that we start looking for another home. She stayed in close contact the entire time. I finally found another home in a deeded community and it was twice the home that I thought we wanted. Kari again went to work negotiating for us and we ended up getting a VA no money down home! We absolutely love it. Kari is a very hard worker and professional. She dots all the i's and crosses all the ts. I highly recommend her! You cant go wrong with Kari Battaglia! If we ever move again shell be who we call first!
