Karen is very knowledgeable and helped a lot to sell my house in a short time and good price. I am fully satisfied her devotion and enthusiasm. She sets up the selling price reasonable for me and the market price. She guided all the necessary steps and preparation of the house and explained potential risks associated with selling the house. She also helped me to find a temporary rental place that is suitable for my family and prepared all the documents and helped to deal with the landlord to prepare the house in a good living place. She also recommended a mover that helped me a lot for easy moving. She is always fair and reasonable for her business practices.
