These lovely ladies were so patient, professional, and honest. My guess- theyre one of the best in all of Santa Barbara when it comes to real estate. And boy, do they know their stuff! Especially for those of us new to CA ownership, they will walk you through the many steps it takes to close on an offer, from the type of inspections one would need( and they have a long list of people they can refer you to, if necessary), to working with a title company, to how to address unexpected costs/ repairs that might be needed.Highly recommend!
