She explained the process from start to finish very well and gave us realistic expectations in a competitive market. She was very attentive, sending us houses that matched our wants and needs within our budget, and made times for showings at a moments notice! When we finally landed on our house, she was very competitive in our negotiations and got us a great deal for the home. We are absolutely loving the house, and she has also recommended quite a few contractors for improving the house that have been awesome. I highly recommend choosing Karen as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIEDI bought a house that I love from Karen but I would not recommend her. Being her client from Out-of-state was a challenge, and it showed when she wouldnt show me specific houses I was interested in. I made the time to come to Cincinnati and expected to spend most of the day looking at perspective houses. She would not give me that same respectful time, once she even sent her husband to show me a house because she aEURoecouldnt be botheredaEUR?. She was very disappointing. Being a first time home-buyer I felt that I was constantly being put down and not worth her time. If you are seeking a dedicated agent I would not recommend her. Another reason I giving her such a low rating is because she would only show me houses in a certain section of Cincinnati and refused to budge from those locations, I found out later from her that she had rental properties in those areas. THOSE SAME AREAS SHE WAS PUSHING ME TO OVER BID ON. Yes, she convinced me that I had to over bid up to $20,000 over asking price in order to get the house. I found that extremely strange. What kind of realtor says you need to over bid and then says they own rental properties in the area? It seems like she only wanted clients to offer over the asking price to help raise property value where she owned. I found it EXTREMELY unethical. I did buy a house from her, but I wish I had bought my first home with someone I trusted. When it came to negotiation on my house she made it clear she wasnt on my side because her friend was selling the property. Please be careful. Interview your realtors and make sure they are on your side, because Karen probably isnt. On that note I will say that I do like my house, but I also wonder what could have been... and I dont want anyone else to feel that way.
