ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Karen, both as a seller and as buyers. Our experience was fabulous. We chose Karen, not only because we had met briefly in church 5-6 years ago, but because of her experience, reputation, and ability to relate fully to our situation and needs. We had rural, small ten-acre ranch property, complete with modular home, a large barn and four outside structures. Karen likewise lives in the rural area with horse property. She knows best how to value rural homes, land (acreage) and amenities. Franky, I thought she must have had brain injury when she said how much she could get us for our place. (Actually, she got us nearly 30% MORE than she first stated.). By the way, she sold it the FIRST DAY it was on the market, and there were three offers from which to choose!!When it came to finding what we wanted to buy, in the area where we wanted to relocate, Karen was relentless. She took us to (probably) thirty homes that pretty much met the specifications we provided her, (not knowing how aEURoepickyaEUR? we could be), and many were close to a perfect match, but there would be one little feature I was not totally happy with, (although my wife WAS), and others just the opposite. Karen never showed frustration with us, but just kept on finding amazing properties. Then one day, we had just about finished all our visits and Karen said aEURoea new listing just popped up on my screen, do you have time for one more today?aEUR? Wow!! It was precisely what my wife and I both were wanting.We closed on the new home July 22nd and have moved in. Karens job is done, but still, if I need her assistance on anything, she is quick to respond. Karen also did not just schedule our closings on the sale and purchase. She was there beside us all the time. (That was new for me, based on similar situations in years past.). I highly recommend Karen Pile as your realtor whether buying or selling. I can think of no one who I feel would have worked harder to make us very happy.
