You have not experienced home buying until you have had the Karen Miller experience. This was my second home purchase and more than 500 miles away (Georgia) from my current residence (Maryland). Even with all the angst and absence caused by the pandemic, this woman was kind, patient, and always available to not only me, but my parents who were my surrogate home shoppers. She answered their questions as well as mine, face-timed me at every property, kept me informed of even the smallest communication, and even attended my pre-closing walk-through where she identified several action items we missed. This was clearly not just about Realtor commission aEUR" particularly since the home I finally settled on was a much lower price. Karen Miller does more than just assist you with buying the best house. She gives you the tools and resources that are certain to make you an informed buyer who selects the best home. We just sold our home (3/2020) and it was so great to work with Karen! Karen was very helpful with us on looking at homes. We are moving to Savannah within a year and we flew down to check out the area and some homes. She was very accommodating to our schedule and even got us in last minute to look at a home.
