There's no one size fits all property, which is what makes real estate so exciting. Everyone's perfect space is different, which is why I obsessively take the time to learn your preferences. I love the challenge of meeting new people and digging into how they view real estate to find the right fit. Throughout my time in the industry, I've closed hundreds of deals and been named a top producing agent in my company year after year. I have assisted oil and gas executives, HR directors, and big tech companies in relocating employees and delivered peace of mind across the country or across town. I've worked in all facets of the industry, from investment properties and wholesale deals to fix and flips in every market segment. My clients range from multi-million-dollar buyers to investors to newlyweds struggling to understand their financing options. I've driven across town to shovel snow when the owners were out of town, stocked refrigerators, and met with contractors - whatever needs done, it will get done, no questions asked. Fast Facts: o My average home sale price is 660k. o I close 6 million dollars in deals a year, and did 8 million in 2020, even during the pandemic. o I've lived everywhere from the Highlands in Central Denver to Green Mountain and Golden and understand the landscape from suburban to urban. o I love supporting my local community, and $200 from every transaction is donated to Jeffco Eats or Denver Dumb Friends League. o I have a business degree from CSU Global - go Rams! o When I'm not working, you can find me at Denver Beer Co, Odyssey, La Merise French Bistro, Sushi Den, Top Golf, Cru, Cana Wine Bar, or pretty much anywhere with a good glass of wine. o I like the typical Colorado things - hiking, traveling, kickball, plus creative outlets like gardening, painting, and glass art. o If you ask me where to take guests, I'll say Cafe Jordano, Country Road Cafe (the best breakfast/brunch/lunch EVER!), Bottles & Barrels for wine slushies, and The Spot for Bloody Mary's. o I'm a very proud dog mom, and Maggie is the real CEO. She's been known to come to showings and closings to give her a bark of approval.
