When it came time to look for our first home we didn't even know where to begin to look for a real estate agent. Sure some of our friends had recently purchased homes, but none of them were actually all that satisfied with their agents. We just took our chances on a real estate website and Karen was the first to respond to our request to see a home. Well, we should have went to Vegas that weekend and bet our life savings on black, because the luck we had would have doubled our total mortgage budget. To sum up our experience with Karen in one word, AWESOME. She responded to my email that I sent at 11:00 pm at 11:02 pm the same night. We scheduled to see the first home early on a Saturday morning, and of course she was there earlier than we had scheduled. We were very straight forward on what we wanted in a home, and Karen didn't stray a bit from our desires. We wanted to stay under our budget, and never felt pressured into meeting our budget, just so that she can make a few extra bucks. Karen was right along side us from viewing our first house, during the inspection of our first home, and of course at the closing of our first home. When times got hectic, and I was almost ready to concede to the sellers crazy requests, Karen stood her ground and wouldn't let me get taken for a ride. If it ever comes time to sell our first home and purchase another, I just hope that Karen doesn't change her number, because she is the ONLY one that I will call. Not to worry though, because even 6 months later, Karen remains in contact with us just to make sure that we are still doing well. Best of luck to her and her family. Thank you so much.P.S.
