I wanted to sell my house fast and with a professional. I saw some houses listed with Karen Kerpen and they were staged and sold quickly. When I met with Karen she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She informed of the items that i needed to do, which i had no idea about real estate. Our home was in American homes and after she staged the whole house we had 10 people come to see it the first day and we decided on a buyer the next day for $25,000 more than we listed it for.
