Both Kathi and Karen impressed me. I was worried about listing our place in March when Covid19 started coming into the news. I had them both come over and they were able to tell us what we needed to do to "clean up" the place and get it ready to list. We put things in storage and cleaned so much and it was ready for them to list our place. They came over and "staged" the place. We listed on a Friday night and had an open house by Sunday. By Sunday night we had multiple offers. Karen was able to guide us along the way and just calm my nerves up till closing day.
