WOW! I was referred to Robby by a friend and I'm so glad I was. From start to finish, I worked with Robby for about 6 months. He is the most patient and responsive, 24/7! I was living overseas most of the time we worked together and as much a I hated sending him messages during the middle of the night his time, sometimes it was necessary for me. He would respond almost immediately or first thing in the morning. The majority of viewing homes was via FaceTime or videos and although that was not preferred, he made it easy and was thorough with the videos, leaving no detail out. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Robbie Schmidt. He contacted me promptly after I requested info on a property via Zillow, and very quickly answered text messages day, night, and weekends. As I had very particular needs, he set me up on a drop list so that I received emailed info on new listings that met my criteria. He always answered my questions or found out the answers when he didnt know. His availability was excellent and I was able to see properties the day following my request. I appreciated his keen eyes as we inspected properties, and his honesty in evaluating the cost of potential renovations. His negotiations skills were great and he even chipped in to fix a portion of the electrical repairs when the seller refused to pay!
