As a lifetime resident of Vermont, born and raised in the Rutland area, I bring to my business a strong familiarity of people and places. With a background in customer relations, service and marketing I will also bring to buyers and sellers the skills to see that all of their real estate needs will be met. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the different needs, wants and expectations and concerns of different home sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people, together with practical experience and education. I've found that the ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do in my work serves this objective. As an active member of the Rutland County Boards of Realtors, I serve on several committees in an effort to grow both our membership and organization, and I sit of the Board of Directors. I was awarded 2005 Realtor of the Year for Rutland County. I am a volunteer committee member for the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life for Rutland County and I deliver Meals-on-Wheels each Monday. On the personal side I enjoy almost all outdoor activities throughout our four seasons. I currently reside in Chittenden, with my husband, John.
