Amanda is amazing! We had a very unusual occurrence happen 6 days before settlement. When I told Amanda, she regrouped, gathered her thoughts, and came up with a new plan of attack. She said she had never heard of anyone having the problem we had, but she handled it just like it was second nature. If I EVER need a realtor Amanda will be the ONLY ONE I will contact. Karen made the sale of my rental property a breeze! Living out-of-state, I was concerned about the process, but Karen was A++ from start to finish. I cant speak any higher of Amanda Branham and the team she works with. Juanita was great. She was always available to look at the houses i wanted to go to and there were ALOT! When i put in an offer she was fast with the paperwork. The process went smooth. Definitely would recommend Juanita!
