Karen is an excellent real estate agent in DFW. We came here without a real idea of what city we wanted to live in and told her we were looking everywhere from Denton to Rowlett. She set up alerts that met our search criteria and emailed them to us daily. We were very picky buyers, but she never lost patience with us and stuck with us throughout the process. We asked her to show us about 8 homes that we saw online, and we walked through and only liked 1 and it was in a bidding war so we didn't even put in an offer. She only recommended one home to us that we didn't ask her to show us, and it was the one we immediately fell in love with and put in an offer on that day. She recommended the price we offered and ask for 1/2 closing cost and pray there isn't another offer because homes around Frisco are going so quickly. There was no other offer and the sellers accepted our offer and the home appraised for exactly what we offered. So even though we've been through the home-buying process before and thought we knew what we were doing, we were 0 for 8 in finding homes online and asking her to show them. The one home she convinced us to see was the perfect home for us. We stayed under our budget and got the home of our dreams with Karen. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone in DFW that needs a good, honest, and patient real estate agent that will honor your wish-list and your budget.

Karen is extremely helpful she knows the area if not she will research the area and neighborhood and let you know her findings. She was so patience with us. We didn't feel rushed after 3 months of searching, she never gave up on us and keep hard at work to find us the perfect home. She assisted us with the negotiations to make sure we are getting a deal on our house. After we closed on our house she checked in on us after a few weeks to see how we settled in. Karen will make sure you get what you want if not she will do what she can to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend Karen Hallman
