However, Karens strength is her extraordinary communication skills, not to mention, her ability to take on a heavy client load while still making herself available when needed. Follow up, terrific. Plus, it took me 6 to 8 weeks before I gave her the OK to list my property due to some necessary remodeling. She was perfectly OK with all my needs and didnt push me to list the property pre-maturely. Most importantly, I was happy with the selling price.
