The energizer Bunny of real estate She never stops working for you. Always has the answer or a way to get it. I have purchased two homes with her ( my current ranch residence and a rental property) as well as had her help my brother in law buy a condo. All perfect transactions. My brother in law was using a different agent and getting no where and the I got Karen involved and soon after he was closing on a great new place he loves. Calm in the storm Karen has held my hand and walked me thru my last 2 real estate transactions. The first one was pretty straight forward because I didn't have a house to sell.
