Not only is she extremely knowledgable in her field but I also love the fact that she was honest about everything. To her, it wasn't all about the sale; she wanted to make sure her customers were happy with what they were getting. If she didn't feel the property was worth its price, she was quick to be upfront about it and show us other comparables. But besides helping us find a great home she made the entire process so much easier. Karen kept in touch with all of the lawyers and listing agent to ensure that everything was moving along smoothly. And thanks to her being so on top of things she actually sent me several reminders in case I forgot anything important (which with my memory it can happen at times). And even to this day I'm still texting her about random things that she'll help us out with. We can't recommend Karen highly enough and will tell anyone in an instance that if they need an agent then Karen is your go to person!
