Karen provided my partner and I with many homes to view and shared her knowledge of home buying to ensure we were informed of everything that was needed to know before making an offer on a home. Karen showed patience and understanding while we toured multiple homes over the course of a few weeks and helped us with giving the pros and cons of each home that we saw. She sat with us while we went through paperwork, explaining each one and answering our questions as we went along. She offered to explain any paper that crossed our paths and was always prompt in correspondence. While in process of closing on our home, the COVID-19 pandemic began and this led to challenges with the closing process which almost led to us losing the house that we had put an offer on. Karen assisted us with providing creative ideas and solutions to ensure that we can would be able to close on our future home. Thankfully in the long run we were able to close on the house, and Karen was right by our side to celebrate! Working with Karen was an overall fabulous experience and we could not be more grateful to have had her as our realtor.
