Wanted to rent with one of her clients, she gladly took the application and fee, stated she contacted the owner who opted to go with another client. Fee was for application check and credit check. Checked and no credit report was produced by her office. I basically paid for her to ask the owner to negotiate and only received a no answer, didn't follow up to see if there was another unit I would be interested in, or anything for that matter.
