Fee was for application check and credit check. Checked and no credit report was produced by her office. I basically paid for her to ask the owner to negotiate and only received a no answer, didn't follow up to see if there was another unit I would be interested in, or anything for that matter. Contacted me to say no, and to wish me luck on my search.
