Karen has been an AWESOME person to work with through the process of purchasing a new build house. She has been the one to take the lead and take charge in making sure everyone is on the same page, that timelines are followed and things are getting accomplished!! She even stepped in when she found a lender who had a better interest rate than the one we were working with originally. There have been so many moving parts in this process and I have not been worried because I know that Karen has everything under control! Karen is ALWAYS looking out for us!! We met Karen during an open house, when we had just started our search for a home in Merced. She guided us through the process and advised us on what to do to secure the property we were interested in.
