Karen Chapman is the most patient, accommodating realtor I have ever worked with. She absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that my sale went smoothly, especially important as I was remote. When the initial transaction fell through (financing) she kept an eye on the market and advised me of the perfect time to re-list even though I was not an active client at that time. Karen has so much knowledge in real estate, especially in the Baltimore area. She is incredibly caring and responsive, and walks you through every step of the process. Karen worked with me to sell my house and really understood how to market it. We got offers within the first week of putting it on the market when in the past when I worked with another realtor it did not sell. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone who is selling a house to call Karen Chapman. I wanted to sell my house quick for top dollar and did not want to have to do any home inspection repairs that a buyer might ask for. Karen came to my house and told me what I should do to get top dollar. We put it on the market Thursday night and by Sunday we had 2 offers. She expertly negotiated so I received full price and did not have to do any repairs on the home inspection. We were also able to settle in 3 weeks. It was the smoothest Real Estate transaction that I have ever had.
