Karen was great to work with! We were first time home buyer's and had A LOT of questions, but Karen was very patient and did a great job explaining how everything worked and making us feel comfortable. She was laid back and easy to get along with, but always on her game when we needed her or something needed to be done. She was very easy to get in touch with and kept excellent contact and communication throughout our experience.
