If so then Karen Anderson (and her Prestige Team) is the Agent for you. My husband and I were moving out of state, were in the process of federal and state testing and professional licensing all while putting our home on the market, and purchasing in our new location. Karen was suggested by a friend who knew she would be a great match and she was so right. From the very beginning Karen was professional, knew what our home would sell for and had the data to back it up. We hit it off right away. Karen and her team, came in and got the house ready to sell using her handymen, etc which was great because we just didn't have the time to organize all that. She also knew what needed to be done that we may not have noticed. This was happening as COVID-19 was starting in the US.Then COVID-19 got real. The state of California issued the stay at home order when we were ready for open house and on the road headed out of state to find/purchase a new home there. Real Estate Agencies were "not essential" therefore no open house. This is when Karen and her team really got creative to find a work around. They did an amazing video walk through, a virtual open house. Between the amazing staging, photos and virtual open house we were able to accept a great offer 1 week after listing during the COVID-19 Pandemic! I can say without a doubt that was not happening for most folks whose home was on the market! I also must mention, that Karen talked me off the edge on more than one occasion when things were overwhelming with all that was going on. She walked us through the process and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Karen and her team, I know we couldn't have done it without her!

When it came time to negotiate the terms of our sale, Leigh worked diligently to understand what we wanted to negotiate and fought to include as many items as she could. Although we went into our first home buying experience somewhat reserved and untrusting, Leigh worked hard and earned our trust. On a personal level, she was very easy to talk to and gregarious. I would have no reservations working with Leigh again.
