When it was time to look for property at Priest Lake, my wife and I happened to run across Kara and Shawn Williams. We really did not have an exact idea of what we were looking for, just a place at Priest Lake to relax and get away as our second home. So, with very little direction, Kara and Shawn took us on showing us bare land and homesites and homes of different shapes and sizes. When we finally found what we wanted, Kara and Shawn worked diligently with our lender, the other realtor, the inspectors, insurance folks, title people, and all the zillions of details to make sure that we did not miss out on the opportunity of owning at Priest Lake.
