Kara was amazing helping my wife and I buy our first home. We only had met with Kara once and she helped us with questions about the home buying process since we were first time buyers. She made us feel so comfortable during our conversation. A few days went by and she emailed us a listing she saw that fit our criteria and showed us the house that day. It was the only house we saw and we loved it. She showed us the house by 11am, helped us make an offer by 2pm, and the offer was accepted by 4pm. I do not think I could recommend anyone enough. Her knowledge, comfort to work with, and overall positive attitude made us feel like we were being taken care of during our first time buying. She is SUPER responsive and is always working to meet your needs and put you first. She is professional and works very hard ot help you get where you want to be. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Kara and executive real estate.

Kara and I worked together for around ten months on and off looking at variety of properties in the area. Many of those thoes where ineligible for a conventional loan which contributed to the long process. Kara was consistent and prompt with all requests, I doubt I could have asked for a better home hunting experience.
