Kara was amazing helping my wife and I buy our first home. We only had met with Kara once and she helped us with questions about the home buying process since we were first time buyers. She made us feel so comfortable during our conversation. A few days went by and she emailed us a listing she saw that fit our criteria and showed us the house that day. It was the only house we saw and we loved it. She showed us the house by 11am, helped us make an offer by 2pm, and the offer was accepted by 4pm. I do not think I could recommend anyone enough. Her knowledge, comfort to work with, and overall positive attitude made us feel like we were being taken care of during our first time buying. She is SUPER responsive and is always working to meet your needs and put you first. She is professional and works very hard ot help you get where you want to be. Kara and I worked together for around ten months on and off looking at variety of properties in the area. Many of those thoes where ineligible for a conventional loan which contributed to the long process. I would recommend Kara to anyone in need of a good realtor. I am a seasoned real estate investor and have worked with well over 100 different realtors across MA. Kara is my new favorite in the western mass area. Kara is very helpful, responsive and makes herself available to whenever needed to give the best chances of landing the deals. She has not been in the business many of years, but you'd never know it as she really knows the market and the home buying process, whether it be investing or finding a good home. Over the last 2 months, my parents and I have made a life changing transition. Due to issues that come with aging, we made the decision to live together. It was not an easy decision for me, as I loved the condo I was currently living in and called my home for the last 8 years. Fortunately for us, we had Kara Rice and Ruth Chandler on our team to assist us with this life changing event which is listed as one of the MOST stressful things you can do.During the "off season" for selling a home, we were able to purchase the perfect condo, and sell 2 condos literally within the first day of each condo's showing! We bought our new home right after attending the Open House. The Dream Team called and placed an offer ASAP as we expressed our desire to see if we could purchase the home. There was quite a lot of activity at that particular Open House so we did not hesitate and neither did our agents!! Within an hour, we heard back from the other agent that the offer was accepted. Next step was to put my parent's condo on the market. On Monday, beautiful staging of the condo took place and pictures were taken to put on line. The listing mentioned that there would be no showings until that Sunday . In spite of that, Kara's phone blew up with interested potential buyers to see the condo. The first couple to see the condo put in an asking price offer!Next up, my condo! Again, the talents of Ruth and Kara with staging and picture taking drew in many interested agents looking for condos for clients. The first person to enter the condo on a Thursday prior to the Sunday Open House expressed interest but did not put in an offer at the time. An Open House on December 8, 2019 was scheduled and there were 6 people in attendance. Two full price offers came in by the end of the day!How could such things happen during the typical "down time" for selling a home? Because Kara and Ruth have an incredible professional working partnership; each one of them specializing in different aspects of the workings of realty. Therefore, their combined efforts always come up with a win/win!My parents have bought and sold homes many, many times in their 57 years of marriage. Never had they had such a seamless experience as well as much support, guidance and hands-on help. If an issue arises, Kara and Ruth are on it-Johnny on the spot! They are professional, prompt, dependable and very good at problem solving when unexpected things should arise. Their communication skills are certainly part of their varied expertise. I truly cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the professional competency with which we experienced from Kara and Ruth as our agents.
