Opportunity made it necessary to sell quickly, off-season. We adored Kara after she sold us our home 5 years ago, so it was a no-brainer when it came time to sell. Overall a great experience. Kara will make sure that your needs are met, is an honest straight shooter and will always let you know if you are looking at things incorrectly but in a professional manner. Responsiveness is good but her associates tend to reply much quicker. Some questions are directly for Kara and I felt that I had to ask her associate who then asked Kara which slightly slowed the response time.I would definitely recommend Kara to family and friends - and anyone else looking for an agent on either the buying or selling side, as I used her for both simultaneously.
