We hired Kara OConnell to represent us in the sale of our historic home in La Grange. Kara recommended an approach to selling our home which created excitement in the market before we were ready to show, and helped us prepare our house for the market providing a consultant who offered recommendations for how best to present our home to younger buyers. Both Kara and her business partner, Colleen McAuliffe, were straightforward in their communication and provided excellent guidance on timing and pricing. They laid out a guide to help keep us focused and on track for a timely and positive sale. Selling a home is stressful and tedious and we found ourselves in capable hands with Kara and team. They were hands on partners with us throughout the process and the house went under contract in 6 days and we were pleased with the outcome.

Kara was so amazing to work with! Being first time home-buyers we had a lot of questions with how the process worked and she held our hand every step of the way!
