Buying a home in this market was stressful to say the least, but Kara made it as easy as possible. We were conducting our home search from STL so we didn?t get to see a lot of places in person, but Kara was amazing at giving us virtual showings and helping us get a good sense of the house and neighborhood over FaceTime. She also provided great recommendations of towns to look in since we weren?t super familiar with the area. Kara was super responsive during the entire process. She promptly answered all of our questions, sent comps and disclosures for any of the houses we were interested in (there were a lot), scheduled showings on the fly and submitted/followed up on our offers. From an offer perspective, she helped us navigate the crazy market. Making sure we were balancing putting in competitive offers without overpaying (more than we had to in this market). In addition to all of that, Kara was just so thoughtful. We came for an in person visit and she welcomed us with a care package filled with a couple nice local products. After we closed on our house she took a picture of my girlfriend with a ?we said yes to the address sign? and a printed out picture of me since I couldn?t be there. And the day that our boxes got delivered she brought us dinner so we didn?t have to think about it. We?d definitely recommend Kara to anyone searching for a house or selling their house.
