From the moment we first contacted Kara, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and insightful. Due to being a military family, we had a few restraints that needed to be overcome like being 1800 miles and two time zones away, only having four days to be in town to look for houses, and dealing with VA requirements for the loan. Kara went above and beyond all expectations we had and was able to find us the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood. We were able to close at the ideal time for us to be able to go straight from one house to the next without having to put our stuff in storage!! Even when we had issues with third parties (mortgage company, insurance company, inspectors, etc) Kara did not hesitate to contact them on my behalf to ensure all necessary requirements were met in a timely manner. After 19 years in the military, this is not my first experience of buying a house in an unknown city/state but this most definitely was the best experience. Solely because of Kara. Hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Kara and her team at Snap made selling my home in Gretna, LA a breeze. I was impressed immediately with the speed at which the house was photographed (professionally) and a floor plan made. The photos made were top notch. They were posted online in only two days and an open house scheduled that same weekend. Within days I had multiple offers. Kara made navigating the process stress free. There were a few hick-ups in the selling process, but the team at Snap made them a non-issue for me. I'm so thankful that this was a painless and easy to handle process because if the care and attention given by Kara and her team. I'm only sorry that I moved out of state or would be using them for my future home purchases without hesitation.

I can't say enough about how good Kara is as a realtor. We were first time home buyers and she educated us on everything related to home buying and the process, including home construction (construction materials, age, appliances, flood potential, etc.), negotiating (with lenders, seller, etc.), insurance, inspection, loan paperwork, cost estimates, home repairs, and countless other things. She respected and addressed every question we had throughout the process. She anticipated our needs and sent us paperwork ahead of time to complete. She has incredible patience and is very prompt with her responses (through text and email). She has an incredible knowledge of the area including the strengths and weaknesses of each area of the city and how it would best fit our budget and lifestyle. She quickly learned what we wanted in a home and was very open and nonjudgmental with our home buying process while still being critical of homes that may not be good values or could have hidden issues or costs (i.e. hidden scratches, potential mechanical issues, money required to change things upon purchase). Another notable thing is that she treated every home showing the same regardless of cost, and never tried to push something more expensive on us. She was also a great negotiator on our behalf, and did not settle for less than our agreed upon requests for home repairs from the seller. We began not knowing exactly what we wanted and ended up with a home that was beyond our expectations. I can't think of a single complaint of her throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Kara to anyone looking to buy a home......She also has some really funny stories while you are waiting around for the inspector, etc.
