When we had to drive back home, Kandis showed us homes virtually, always on the day we contacted her. She knew the housing market was hot and acted accordingly. We made 2 offers and eventually purchased a home after the last video walkthrough. She took care of the inspections for us and ensured all the repairs were completed. We will use Kandis again and highly recommend her when searching for a home to buy. Plus, she has a great sense of humor!
